Meeting point: Common Grounds, Kite Beach. The class will be on the beach behind Common Grounds to the left near the waters edge. You'll be able to see the flag! 5.45am sharp for sunrise.
Starting Sunday morning with the sunrise, stretching it out accompanied by the sound of the waves and sound bowls. You can expect a slow easy morning leaning into our feminine energy with affirmation cards and essential oils followed by getting comfortable talking about our coconuts with Sofie. Coffee or juice welcomed and n optional walk to end the beautiful morning ☀️🧘♀️🌴🥥.
